Culinary Wanderings in Gluten Free Living

I'm a little old graying-haired granny, short enough to barely see over the steering wheel of the big Taurus station wagon. My fondness for food goes well beyond the basic necessities; I enjoy sharing my creations with others. Being gluten free (4 years now) and dairy free (6 months) means more creativity (and more time) is needed to keep our diet interesting. I know others here have the same dietary issues -- I keep finding recipes on their blogs! Aside from eating and cooking, my favorite activity is hiking. I live in Wisconsin, and hiking segments of the national Ice Age Trail is a favorite activity.
